How do I pay with a credit card?
You can pay with Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. When choosing this payment method, enter your credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiry date, and the 3-digit CVC code (found on the back of your card) on the payment page.
To protect your data, all transactions are encrypted using SSL servers, ensuring security from unauthorized access. Your credit card payment will be authorized at the time of purchase, and in some cases, verification may be required to prevent fraud. The amount will only be deducted after your order has been shipped. If we are unable to deliver the full order, you will only be charged for the items that have been shipped.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@elevatefootwear.co.uk with your name, order number, and order date. If your order has already been processed, you may need to return the package instead.
Service & Warranty
If a product develops a fault that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the issue. If Elevate Footwear determines that the product is indeed defective (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance), we will either repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.
During repairs, you are not entitled to a replacement product or compensation. If repairs are not possible or are deemed unreasonable due to costs, we will offer a comparable replacement product. If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.
If the product was misused or not maintained as per our instructions, you will not be eligible for repairs, replacement, or reimbursement. Warranty claims are also void if the product has been altered.
